Delivery During COVID-19 Outbreak

ALL CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

Delays of up to 3 business days are occurring in the shipping out of orders at this stage. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. We apologise for any delays or inconvenience caused.

Supplier direct deliveries are currently experiencing delays, please allow additional for your order to arrive. 

Australian Customer Information :

  • There are NO RESTRICTIONS on the delivery of toys and toy products around Australia.
  • We are shipping all orders as usual
  • Update on 16/4/20 : We are seeing delays in the delivery of orders by all our couriers. Our couriers have advised:
    • Coronavirus impacts: We are currently experiencing delivery delays due to high volumes of parcels in our networks.

    • Delays on dispatch of bulky items are currently occurring due to large volumes of freight, so please allow and extra 1 to 2 days for dispatch of these during this time.
    • Express Shipping is not available at this time, as our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery.
